Advantages of air cooling:
There are few air-cooled parts, simple structure, low manufacturing cost and high power utilization. No water leakage, freezing, scaling and other faults, easy to use and maintain, good environmental adaptability, short warm-up time after starting, etc.
Disadvantages of air cooling:
The uneven cooling surface and high heat load affect the stable use of the drying lamp. The power consumption of the fan is large and the noise is loud during operation.
In the actual selection process, water cooling is recommended, and 90% of the manufacturers in the industry have already used it. The air-cooled mercury lamp is an early technology in the industry. The mercury lamp itself is relatively harmful, and the leakage of internal mercury is very harmful to technicians and the surrounding environment. The lifespan of the mercury lamp is too short. Although the price is cheap, the frequent replacement will cost a lot of labor and time.
