1. Print height

Generally, as long as the UV machine is the nozzle is closer to the printed object, the better the effect, but generally the spacing we leave is the thickness of a one yuan coin. Height of about 2 mm.

2. Is there any ink in the ink bottle?

Make a good habit before printing to check if there is any ink in the ink bottle. This point is aimed at the fact that some suggested UV printers do not have an ink-out alarm system, which requires attention.

3. Related to printed materials

It is well known that UV printers can print a wide range of materials. Then the material is somewhat hard and some soft. During printing, some soft materials will go up due to UV light irradiation (the principle of thermal expansion and contraction). The temperature of the UV lamp is not high, about 30 to 40 degrees, but it can't stand up close and always irradiate. The temperature must be more than that. After drumming up, it is easy to wipe the nozzle. The product is discarded in some cases, and the nozzle is discarded in other cases.

4. Whether the ink is full

Each time before printing the goods, print the test line first to see if the test line is complete. If the test line is not complete, click on the ink filling and cleaning nozzles.
