3. If the company is unattended. Before leaving:

(1) Print a test strip to ensure that the print head is in a normal state without ink breakage.

(2) Machines using solvent and weak solvent inks use clean cotton swabs and special cleaning fluids; machines using water-based inks use clean cotton swabs and purified water (! Note: It is best to use pure water, never use tap water) to wipe the nozzle . (! Note: It is best to wipe in one direction, do not paint in a circle)

(3) For the machine with the sleep setting, turn on the automatic cleaning and flash spray function after the machine sleeps. Do not turn off the main power of the machine, just turn off the operation power. After the sleep setting is turned on, the machine will automatically perform nozzle cleaning or flash spray according to the interval you set.

(4) Models with high and low gears for photo machine nozzles can be set, and the machine nozzles should be set as low as possible to make the nozzles and ink stack as close as possible.

(5) If the indoor temperature is close to 0 ℃ or the shutdown time exceeds 10 days, or the ink tube has air leakage, the ink stack and the nozzle cannot be closed properly, it is recommended to pull out the ink cartridge and seal it, remove the ink from the ink tube to clean the pipe, and remove the nozzle Clean it up, apply special nozzle protection liquid to the nozzle, and wrap it with plastic wrap.
