When the machine is used for a period of time, clustered ink will appear, because the ink of the photo machine becomes thick, which makes the ink jet of the machine uneven. This kind of failure mostly occurs in winter. When the weather is not good and the temperature is too low, the ink of the printer becomes very thick, the ink jet is uneven during printing, and the ink that appears in the printing is clustered.

Many people use the method of diluting the ink to reduce the thickness of the ink, it can temporarily relieves the ink clusters, but this will affect the printing effect, because the dilution agent will impact on the ink, which will affect the printing color. If the agent is used in excess, there may be serious color deviation, so it is better to use it with caution.

We can solve this problem with two methods:

1. Turn on the air conditioner or heating, increase the temperature in the room, so that the ink will not be affected by the temperature and return to normal;

2. Put the ink cartridge with ink into hot water to make the ink heat up quickly. When heating, be sure to avoid water vapor entering the ink cartridge. Twenty-seven degrees is the best temperature for the ink. This method can reduce the thickness of the ink very well.
