1. Ink supply method

Be very careful when adding ink to the flatbed printer. There are two ink supply methods for general flatbed printers, one is an independent ink cartridge, and the other is a continuous ink supply system. No matter what kind of ink supply system has its own working components. If you need to add ink or if the ink tube is blocked, you can use a doctor's syringe to pump air at the lower end of the ink cartridge until the ink enters the syringe.

2. Height adjustment

Height adjustment of uv flatbed printer. Nowadays, the popular flatbed printers on the market basically use infrared rays to check the height of the object, so the object should be placed before printing. If the surface of the printed object is not very flat, it is necessary to adjust the height of the nozzle and the printed product. So as not to damage the nozzle.

Three, static electricity

Eliminate static electricity. Many manufacturers don't pay attention to this. In fact, the impact of static electricity is still great. So when using a uv flatbed printer, you can connect a wire to the machine's shell and then ground it.

Four, coating

Many users complained that it is difficult to use a printer to spray a coating on a product. In fact, the coating requires a certain technique. When you know the real intention of the coating, you will find that the operation is very simple. The function of the coating is to absorb the ink and be used for imaging. Therefore, before spraying the coating, spray a layer or silk screen once on the printing surface of the object, and it should not be sprayed too thick.

Five, the painting has stripes

If the picture sprayed by the flatbed printer has streaks, it is generally caused by two reasons. One is that the data storage device is dropped, and the other is that the nozzle is hit or the nozzle is blocked. If the nozzle is dripping ink, the printed products are basically defective products. There are also two reasons for this situation. One is that the rubber ring of the cleaning unit is not properly sealed, and the other is that ink drops collect on the bottom of the nozzle after the nozzle is hit. If this happens, just change a rubber sealing ring. In the second case, just wipe the floor of the nozzle with a cotton ball.
