2. Check whether the moving parts of the ink cart machinery are smooth, add lubricating grease according to the situation, if there is no lubricating grease, you can use sewing machine oil instead, to ensure that the mechanical movement is normal and smooth.

3. Use the inks certified by the original model of this model. Although many inks on the market are affordable, their fusion degree and purity are relatively poor. After printing, there will be uneven ink dots, and the phenomenon of blockiness is most obvious.

4. If there is no obvious improvement after the operation of the above method, it is necessary to consider whether the nozzle is clogged. The print head can be checked and excluded to determine whether the nozzle is clogged. know

5. Set the printer head alignment and calibration. In the right-click option of the printer icon, click Print Head Calibration to calibrate the printer head.

6. Finally, check the wiring of the ink supply tube to avoid collision between the ink tube and the mechanical parts of the printer.
