The capacity we usually see is the standard capacity provided by the manufacturer. In our actual printing process, the capacity will be affected by the following factors:

1. PASS number. Pass number refers to the number of times a nozzle passes in the Y-axis direction without feathering. The smaller the number of passes, the greater its capacity, and vice versa;

2. Eclosion situation. Feathering solves the Pass problem, which will affect the movement speed of the Y axis. The smaller the feathering, the greater the production capacity, and the greater the feathering, the smaller the production capacity.

Third, the speed of the trolley. The faster the trolley moves, the greater the capacity, and the slower the trolley moves, the smaller the capacity.
