Matters needing attention

In case of printer heating, smoking, odor, abnormal sound, etc., please immediately cut off the power and contact the information personnel.

Do not put other items on the printer. Unplug the printer from the power socket when it is not in use for a long time.

In case of lightning, pull the power plug from the socket. If it is plugged in, the machine may be damaged.

Do not print when printing paper and ribbon box are not set. The print head and roll can be damaged.

Print head at high temperature. Do not touch until the temperature drops. Prevent burns, injuries.

Do not touch the metal parts of the print cable connector and print head. Do not touch the print head while it is working.

Do not cut off the power when the print head is working.

Please do not disassemble, move or drag at will. If there is any fault, please contact the information personnel.

Do not allow foreign matter (stitching needle, metal sheet, liquid, etc.) to enter the unit, otherwise it will cause electric shock or machine malfunction.

Do not start the printer until the printer power supply is normal and the data line is connected to the computer.

Do not move, drag or turn off the power of the printer when printing.

When the printing amount is too large, the printing amount should be kept within 30 copies and the printer should rest for 5-10 minutes to avoid overheating and damage.

When printing files, do not use too thick (more than 80g) paper, do not allow the use of wrinkled, folded paper.

If the printer is damaged due to serious physical damage, artificial damage or failure to follow the above operation specifications, the responsible person will be held accountable
