1. In case the printer generates heat, smoke, odor, abnormal sound, etc., please immediately cut off the power and contact the information personnel.

2. No other items are allowed on the printer. When the printer is not used for a long time, please unplug the power plug from the power outlet.

3. Just in case, when there is thunder nearby, pull out the power plug from the socket. If it is plugged in, the machine may be damaged.

4. When the printing paper and ribbon cassette are not set, printing is prohibited. The print head and print roller will be damaged.

5. The print head is in a high temperature state. Do not touch until the temperature drops. Prevent burns and injuries.

6. Do not touch the metal parts of the print cable connector and the print head. Do not touch the print head while the print head is working.

7. When the print head is working, it is forbidden to cut off the power.

8. Please do not disassemble, move, drag at will, if there is a malfunction, please contact the information staff.

9. Foreign objects (staples, metal sheets, liquids, etc.) are prohibited from entering the machine, otherwise it may cause electric shock or machine failure.

10. Turn on the printer only when the power of the printer is normal and the data cable is connected to the computer.

11. Do not move, drag, or turn off the printer while printing.

12. For printing the same repetitive file, please do not exceed 5 copies, if more than 5 copies should be copied to the front desk copier.

13. When the printing volume is too large, keep the printing volume within 30 copies and let the printer rest for 5-10 minutes to avoid overheating and damage to the printer.

14. When printing files, it is not allowed to use paper with a high thickness (over 80g), and it is not allowed to use wrinkled or folded paper.
