UV flatbed printers are mainly used for inkjet printing of flat materials. Compared with traditional printers, they have made great breakthroughs in printing materials. Not only soft materials, but also metal plates, glass plates, PVC plates, and wood panels can be used as printing materials for UV flatbed printers.289489181

Although the operating steps of the UV flatbed printer are simpler than in the past, its requirements for the working environment have also improved. Especially in the following situations, you must be careful to use the UV flatbed printer.

1. There is a gap in the material plane. During the operation of the machine, if the height difference of the printed material is more than 1 cm, the flatbed printer cannot complete full-width printing. The reason is that the spacing of the inkjet is too large, which will cause unclear patterns and scattered ink.

2. The surface of the material reflects ultraviolet rays. The reason why UV flatbed printers can print and dry quickly, is because when flatbed printers work, they will be irradiated with UV ultraviolet lamps to accelerate drying after the inkjet is completed. Once the surface of the material reflects ultraviolet rays to the print nozzle, it will cause the nozzle ink to dry, the nozzle clogging, and printing failure.

3. Mishandling of high temperature, strong acid and strong alkali may cause deterioration of UV ink. When UV ink encounters high temperature, strong acid and strong alkali, the adhesion of the ink will be reduced, which will cause the pattern to fall off and deform.
