Although UV printing is more environmentally friendly and meets the national environmental protection requirements, some garbage will inevitably be generated during the printing process. So how should these garbage be classified?
1. Dry garbage such as scraps and leftovers
The scope of UV printing is relatively wide. It can not only print common advertisements and fabrics, but also print wood, glass, aluminum, steel, acrylic, cardboard, explosion-proof film, enamel and other materials. Some scraps or scraps will be produced during the printing process. Therefore, it must be sorted. For example, aluminum and steel are recyclable, while debris, acrylic, and plastic films are not recyclable. Glass is a fragile product that can easily become an unsafe factor and should be placed separately.
2. Wet garbage such as waste ink, expired ink, waste water from washing machine parts, etc.
In the printing process of UV printers, there will be a certain degree of ink consumption, especially the stains caused by some flying ink and ink leakage of the waste ink cartridges on the ink stack. However, UV printing has relatively high environmental requirements. If the cleaning of the machine itself is problematic, it will seriously affect the printing progress and effect. Therefore, UV printers need regular oil cleaning, which will produce some waste ink and waste water. These waste ink, expired ink and waste water need to be placed separately and professionally treated regularly to avoid environmental pollution.
