1. Compared with other pigment inks, the white uv ink itself has larger precipitation and ink impurities due to the addition of titanium dioxide. If the quality of the white uv ink itself is poor, on the one hand, it will accelerate the clogging process of the nozzle and shorten its service life. On the other hand, there will be large graininess and ink breakage during the printing process. This requires contacting the manufacturer to replace a higher quality uv ink.

2. The problem of the curve

When the white ink has a large graininess, the general curve is a printing curve with larger dots. You can contact the manufacturer and send a small print curve. After replacement, this problem can be solved.

It should be noted that if the ink of the uv printer used has a stirring function, you can turn on the stirring for 5 minutes before the printing starts. If there is no stirring function, Xu manually stirs it.
