Ultraviolet (UV) DTF printing refers to a new printing method that uses ultraviolet curing technology to create patterns on films. These designs can then be transferred to hard and irregularly shaped objects by pressing with fingers and then peeling off the film.

UV DTF Printing requires a special printer called a UV flatbed printer. When a pattern is printed on "A" film, the ink is immediately exposed to ultraviolet light from an LED cold light source lamp. The ink contains a photosensitive curing agent that dries quickly when exposed to UV light.

Next, use a laminating machine to stick the "A" film and the "B" film together. The "A" membrane is on the back of the pattern and the "B" membrane is on the front. Next, use scissors to cut out the outline of your design. To transfer the design to the object, peel off the "A" film and stick the design firmly to the object. After a few seconds, peel off the "B". The design was finally successfully transferred to the object. The pattern color is bright and clear, and it is durable after transfer and will not scratch or wear out quickly.

UV DTF Printing is versatile as designs can be made on surface types such as metal, leather, wood, paper, plastic, ceramic, glass and more. It can even be transferred to irregular and curved surfaces. Designs can also be transferred when the object is underwater.

This printing method is environmentally friendly. Since UV curable inks are not solvent-based, no toxic substances will evaporate into the surrounding air.

To summarize, UV DTF printing is a highly flexible printing technology; it can be helpful if you want to print or edit restaurant menus, print logos on home appliances, etc. Furthermore, you can customize the object with any logo you want through UV Printing. It is also suitable for outdoor objects as they are durable and resistant to scratches and wear.
