Epson S3200 Printhead

Epson S3200 printhead, equipped with Epson's original PrecisionCore print chip, has 4 pairs of 8 columns with a total of 3200 nozzles, a single printhead nozzle covers a length of 4.7 inches, nozzle resolution is 600dpi (2 columns), with variable ink drop technology It realizes multi-grayscale printing and supports bright color output with high saturation. It is a high-durability printhead product. It adopts S-shaped arrangement, is easy to splice, has high production efficiency and long service life. .

There are currently three specifications for this series of nozzles: S3200, S1600, S800

1. Technology

The manufacturing process of ALL MEMS (micro-electromechanical system) and the use of thin film piezoelectric components enable the high-precision nozzle hole arrangement (600npi / 2 rows) to be realized, making the print head compact, fast, good quality and durable.

Epson's unique MEMS technology manufactures precision nozzles and ink paths, so that the ejected ink droplets are close to a perfect circle, while being accurately positioned.

2. Multi-grayscale output

Epson's unique VSDT (Variable Ink Drop Technology) can freely control the size of the ejected ink drops, thereby reducing the graininess of the picture, presenting more picture details, smooth color transition, and high saturation.
