1. In case of printer heating, smoking, peculiar smell and abnormal sound, please cut off the power and contact the information personnel immediately.

2. No other items are allowed on the printer. When the printer is not in use for a long time, pull the power plug out of the power socket.

3. In case of thunder nearby, pull the power plug out of the socket. The machine may be damaged if it is plugged in.

4. Do not print when the printing paper and ribbon box are not set. The print head and the print roller will be damaged.

5. The print head is at high temperature. No contact until the temperature drops. Prevent burns and injuries.

6. Do not touch the metal part of the print cable connector and the print head. Do not touch the print head while it is working.

7. Do not turn off the power when the print head is working.

8. Please do not disassemble, move or drag at will. If there is any fault, please contact the information personnel.

9. Foreign bodies (staples, metal plates, liquids, etc.) are not allowed to enter the unit, otherwise it may cause electric shock or machine failure.

10. Do not start the printer until the power supply is normal and the data line and the computer are connected.

11. Please do not move, drag or turn off the power supply of the printer when printing.

12. Please do not print more than 5 copies of the same duplicate file. If you print more than 5 copies, please take them to the photocopier at the front desk.

13. When printing too much, keep printing less than 30 copies and rest the printer for 5-10 minutes to avoid overheating and damage to the printer.

14. Do not use paper that is too thick (over 80g) or wrinkled or folded when printing.

15. If the printer is damaged due to serious physical damage, man-made damage or failure to follow the above operation specifications, the responsible person will be held accountable
