1. Print small print test accuracy

No matter what type of universal flatbed printer, the most basic condition that needs to be possessed is printing accuracy. The method for testing the printing accuracy is as follows: Use PS to print 3 words and print on the whole A4 paper. The print is clear, without ghosting and blurring is a qualified product. If ghosting occurs, it indicates that the printer is experiencing excessive vibration during printing. This is caused by the irrational structural design, which prevents the printer head from operating at a good resolution.

2. Repeat printing test performance

Repeated printing positions are not accurate, and the reject rate will increase. It is especially important to choose a printer with stable performance. The method is: print the tic-tac-toe, repeat the printing 10 times, and look at it with a 40-times magnifying glass. If it overlaps, the equipment is qualified. Or directly use the silk screen to test the method of positioning. Print blue dots first, then red on the basis of blue. Look at it with a 40x magnifying glass. If you don't see blue, it means the machine has high accuracy.

3. Quadrilateral diagonal equal length

Within the printer's maximum printable area, print a rectangular frame. After printing, use a ruler to measure whether the length of the diagonal is the same. According to the rule of quadrilateral diagonal, if the diagonal is the same length, this is a standard rectangle. If it is not the same length, then it is no longer rectangular, but diamond or trapezoid. If the printed length is not equal, it means that the printed rectangle has been severely misplaced, and the printing accuracy has not reached the qualified requirements.
