1. Replace the motor.

The friction between the hose of the continuous ink supply system and the wall of the UV printer caused an increase in the load of the electric motor, and the long-term use of the electric motor was worn out.

2. Lubricate the connecting rod.

It has been used for a long time, the friction between the carriage and the connecting rod in the machine becomes larger, and the increase in resistance causes the electric motor to run slowly. Lubricating the connecting rod at this time can solve the problem;

3. The belt is aging.

The frictional force of the driving gear connected to the motor will accelerate the belt aging of the UV printer. At this time, cleaning and lubrication can reduce the belt aging failure.

Users who use continuous ink supply may often encounter this situation: After using the machine for a period of time, it will not print, because the UV flatbed printer cannot recognize the black ink cartridge.

This happens mainly because the waste ink tank of the UV flatbed printer is full. Virtually every UV flatbed printer has a fixed accessory life setting. When certain accessories reach the end of their useful life, UV flatbed printers will indicate that they cannot print. Because the waste ink is easily formed during the continuous ink supply system, it is easy to cause the waste ink tank to be full. When this happens, you can do two things: either reset the UV flatbed printer motherboard with zeroing software to clear the UV flatbed printer settings; or you can go to the repair point and put the sponge in the waste ink tank. Replace it. Shine recommends that users adopt the latter. Because it is just a simple reset, it is easy to cause waste ink to miss and burn the UV flatbed printer.

In addition, the failure of the cleaning pump nozzle of the UV printer is also the main cause of the plug. UV flatbed printer cleaning pump nozzle plays a decisive role in protecting the printer nozzle. After the carriage is returned to position, the nozzle of the nozzle should be weakly pumped by cleaning the nozzle, and the nozzle should be sealed and protected. If the user does not regularly check or clean it, it will cause the plug head of the UV printer to continue to malfunction. Therefore, the suction pump should be maintained frequently.

The specific method is to remove the upper cover of the UV flatbed printer and remove it from the cart, and then suck the pure water with a needle tube to rinse it. In particular, the micro-hole gasket embedded in the mouth should be fully washed. It should be noted that when cleaning this part, it must not be cleaned with ethanol or methanol, which will cause the microporous gasket embedded in this component to dissolve and deform. At the same time, the lubricating oil cannot contact the pump nozzle. Grease will deform the rubber seal of the pump nozzle and cannot protect the nozzle.
