1. Print small print measurement accuracy

No matter what type of universal flatbed printer, the most basic condition required is printing accuracy. The test printing accuracy method is: print the 3rd character with PS and print it on the full-page A4 paper. Prints are clear, and those without ghosting or blurring are qualified products. If there is a ghost image, it means that the printer vibrates too much during printing. This is caused by the unreasonable structural design, so that the force of the printer head cannot be decomposed and released.

2. Repeat printing to measure performance

If the repeat printing position is not correct, the scrap rate will increase. At this time, it is particularly important to choose a printer with stable performance. The method is: print the tic-tac-toe, repeat the printing 10 times, and use a 40x magnifying glass to see it. Or directly use silk screen to test the sleeve position. Print blue dots first, and then print red on the basis of blue. Look with a 40x magnifying glass. If you can't see blue, it means the machine has high precision.

3. Diagonal diagonal of equal length

Within the maximum printable range of the printer, print a rectangular frame. After printing, use a ruler to measure whether the diagonal length is the same. According to the rule of quadrilateral diagonal, if the diagonal is equal in length, this is a standard rectangle If it is not of equal length, it means that it is no longer a rectangle, but a diamond or a trapezoid. If the unequal length is printed, it means that the printed rectangle has been seriously placed, and the printing accuracy has not reached the qualified requirements.
